These Are Seriously My Favorite Go To Paleo Friendly Muffins. Takes Like 10 Min Make And Your Friends And Family Will Have No Idea They Are Eating A “Healthy” Banana Muffin.

Prep Time: 10min

Bake Time: 20-25min

+ Preheat Oven To 350 Degrees

+ Put The Walnuts And Coconut On A Separate Sheet Pan And Place In The Oven For Several Minutes.

+ Then Combined Drys In One Bowl.

+ Smash The Bananas In A Bowl, Add Other Wet Ingredients Together,

+ Combined Wet And Dry Ingredients

+ Then Spoon Into Greased Muffin Pan Or Use Muffin Cups.

+ Cook For 20-25 Min Or Until Golden Brown.

+ 2/3 Cup Of Unsweetened Coconut Flakes.

+ 2/3 Cup Of Walnuts

+ 1 Cup Almond Flour

+ 1/4 Cup Coconut Flour

+ 1/3 Honey

+ 1/3 Cup Coconut Oil, Melted
