Filled with healthy fats and low in sugar!

+ Blend everything in a food processor until dough like. (it should be wet)
+ Makes about 12 balls.
+ Roll into bite size and lay flat on cookie sheet and freeze for 5-10 min.
+ Then transfer to a air-tight container and keep in freezer. They can last for weeks, but if you are anything like me they will only last a few days haha
+ When desiring to eat, take out and let sit for about 5 min to let thaw out. (or else its pretty rock hard, unless thats what you like)
Then Enjoy and repeat! 🙂
+ 1 cup unsweeten coconut shreds
+ 1 scoop of Vital proteins collagen
+ 1/2 coconut oil, melted
+ 1/4 cup coconut butter
+ 1/2 cup cashews
+ 1/2 almonds
+ 2 Tbsp of Hemp seeds
+ 1 1/2 Tsp cinnamon
+ 2 Tbsp cocao nibs
+ 1/4 Tsp of pink himalayan salt
+ 3-4 medjool dates (pitted)
+ 1/3 c. almond milk (if desired)
+ 1/3 cup of dried blueberries or cranberries (your choice, I switch it up sometimes, or sometimes don’t add any)
*Also, I like to add.. on occasion, some vanilla protein to it as well. 1 scoop. (totally optional)
