Breakfast Parfait bowl

My typically gut friendly morning meal = a perfect parfait bowl

Prep Time: 10 min

Cook Time: 15 min

Your breakfast and morning routine set the tone for the day. I like to start my first meal with my morning parfait bowl.

I don’t know about you, but i am such a routine person. if i start my morning in chaos getting thrown this way and that way.. it just makes the rest of my day stressful. but when I start my morning the way i want it to..

Jesus time, coffee, + parfait bowl..  then I am able to live in a clear mindset. Fueling myself spiritually, emotionally, and physically. Controlling the role i get to play within the day, instead of the day controlling me.
